- Professionals may list their services subject to verification by our team.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of information posted in your profile.
- We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates our guidelines, misrepresents services, or receives substantiated complaints.
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by professionals.
5. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings made through the platform are agreements between event organizers and professionals. Gujarati Trends acts as an intermediary marketplace.
- Payments processed via the platform are subject to our payment processor's terms. We take a commission on confirmed bookings.
- Refund and cancellation policies are agreed upon between the organizer and the professional at the time of booking.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
- Attempting to bypass platform fees by arranging payments outside the platform.
- Scraping or harvesting user data.
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
- All platform design, code, and original content is owned by Gujarati Trends.
- By uploading content (photos, videos, text), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote that content within the platform.
- You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
8. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not verify every claim made by professionals and are not responsible for the outcome of bookings.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gujarati Trends is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
11. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
